I have been a qualified in childcare for 4 years and have worked with all ages from 2 months to 7 years old.
I like interacting with children and helping them learn and achieve their goals I let the child be themself but will give guidance if I feel they need it.
As to do with younger children I would comfort them if needed eg feeding bathing playing and their milestone development being a previous nursery nurse I have activity ideas and love making up spontaneous games and activities
