Amelia, childcare in Middlestown

Hello!
I'm Amelia and I'm a 16 year old girl who has just completed her final year of secondary education. I am now looking for summer work to help build my CV and gain vital working experience before starting my A-Levels in September.
I have a passion for children after growing up surrounded by them! As a child, I attended a childminder's nearly every day after school. As I was slightly older than the other children I spent a lot of time caring for and playing with the younger children and I loved it! I also have a younger brother who is 3 years younger than me. Even as a young 5/6 year old girl I found great fun in making him lunch, putting him to bed and reading him stories. Growing up, my love for children has only continued and at the age of 15 I chose to complete work experience at a primary school in my area. Through this I gathered great experience in handling large groups of children. I organised (and participated in) the sports day; helped with mathematical and english skills/work; and guided the children through their learning. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and created a real bond with the children, so much so that I was sad to leave! I also had to learn great perseverance and resilience: but quite frankly I loved the challenge!
