Jade, childcare in Newcastle-under-lyme

I am a 21 year old female who has been working in retail for the past 6 years, I have decided to leave my job to persue different careers. I am planning in the future to become a foster parent and maybe even adopt in some cases, I am desperate for experience that looks good to further my future.
I have many many many siblings, cousins, relatives who I look after from a day old to 15 years old, I am able to cope with children of all ages.
I am very friendly and easy to get along with and I have spent years watching lots of programmes like super nanny so I I like to think I know the appropriate ways to deal with children.
I am very creative and full of ideas to keep the children entertained!
And I have also lived with a child minder in the past so am no stranger to new children coming and going.
