Emma, childcare in Newport NP19

Hello! My name is Emma, I am 23 years old and I am about to return to university to complete third year in Inclusive Education. I am originally from Holywood in Northern Ireland, but I am living in Newport while I am studying at university.
I am a fun, out-going, sensible, reliable and a happy person who wants children to achieve their maximum potential. During the school holiday I am a play scheme worker which involves interaction with the children, looking out for their safety, making sure that no children are left out or finding out any problems about the child's outside life and making sure that we do everything to keep the children safe and protected from harm, and making sure that the children are enjoying themselves.
Before I came to university I was a volunteer classroom assistant for a year, in my first year at university I completed my placement in a mainstream primary school, in second year I completed it in a playclub/playscheme as a one-to-one playworker, and for my third year I will be attending a specialist school. I have worked with a range of different children and have loved every minute of it, the good times and the challenging times!
