Louise, childcare in Paddock wood TN12

I am a young and enthusiastic and I very much enjoy working with young children, having been employed in various positions involving childcare.

In my employment at the Hop Farm, I was responsible for overseeing the runnings of Character Days, in which young children are invited to meet characters from programs such as Peppa Pig and Paw Patrol. In this role I developed the ability to adapt my communication style to interact with both parents and young children effectively and feel that children respond to me well.

Previously I was employed as a Nursery Assistant at St Georges Nursery and Teddies where I cared for young children, running educational and enjoyable activities for them and helping them with toiletry and mealtimes. Therefore I am confident in my ability to deliver excellent childcare.

Whilst employed at St Georges and teddies my roles consisted of working with 0-4 years. I enjoyed my time with the 3-4's as this is age of continual development where the children are wanting to explore and lean. However, during my encounters with 0-2 years I thoroughly enjoyed the nurturing aspect to this role and have found their continual growth and progression at this age equally fascinating.
