Sophie, childcare in Rugby

My name is Sophie and I'm 19 years old. I work as an administration apprentice currently from 9 - 4.30. I would like some part time or weekend work and i love children and the experience of helping them grow. I'd preferably like part time work weekdays from 5 onwards or anytime on weekends.

I can cook and cater to children and adapt meals to suit any allergies or intolerances.

Throughout my childhood i was the big sister that stood in for my mum whilst she was returning to education. I have 3 younger siblings and I've helped them all with their education by tutoring them through subjects they struggled with. My youngest sibling was less than a year old when my mum returned to education and due to this i have experience in looking after younger children.

I find that children can become rowdy when they become bored or have no activities to do. As an artist i enjoy getting creative through drawing or painting and i feel that i can be beneficial for children to develop an interest in being creative.
I also enjoy hobbies such as reading, music, photography and playing my ukulele. These could all be fun experiences for an older child to learn or for a younger child to take part in.
