Laisie, childcare in Sutton in ashfield NG17

My names laisie, i am 19 and have a lot of experience with children from young ages to 8. I have worked in the childcare profession for Almost 3 years so have quite a lot of experience, I have been based in the baby room for 7 months in my previous job, I also would go into the 2-3 and 3-4 room when I was needed. Before this when I was a student and doing my placement in a school I worked with children varied from 3-8. I feel confident working with any age groups and would not mind what age I had to look after and would feel I could fit to the role, nut I do have the most experience with children under 5. I would enjoy being a babysitter or caring for children as often as I would be needed, whether that be for a day or a few hours. I am a caring, kind and patient individual who enjoys being with children, I have helped many of my own key children in work to extend their development and helped with talking, speech impairments and physical development. I have in many cases taken the lead role and independently done my own planning and activities with children.
