Kirsty, childcare in Thornliebank

Hi there! my name is Kirsty and I am 24 years old living in the Thornliebank area of Glasgow. I currently work in a private nursery setting with children aged 0-5 years. I completed my SVQ Level 3 in childcare at the nursery in 2011-2012 before qualifying. I have worked in the nursery for almost 6 years now and have worked with all age ranges in the nursery, currently working with 1-2 year olds. Before starting in the nursery I also attended college for 1 year to complete my SVQ Level 2 in childcare, throughout my time at college I worked a 2 day placement in a local council nursery with 2-5 year olds. I love working with children and watching them grow! I thoroughly enjoy working in my current nursery setting but I am looking to further my career and being a nanny is something I have always wanted to do. In my spare time I also enjoy spending time with my 2 younger brothers, niece and my nephew who are aged 12, 10, 4 and 2.
