Alessia, childcare in Watford

I am an independent, open minded, down to earth woman with strong beliefs and values. I feel the world has almost infinite possibilities and people should be pursuing their passions and not be caught up by what others expect of them.

Although my previous jobs have been mainly Customer Service related, I have significant experience with children. I was a full time nanny for my nephew and an Au Pair for one year in Kent and I had some remarkable experiences as volunteer supporting families with disabled children.

In the last 5 years I have been working as nursery assistant/nursery nurse which has given me an insight in children’s learning, development and welfare. I find working with children highly motivating and rewarding. I wish to learn more about child care. Being able to address children’s diverse needs during the important initial stages of education is very important to me.
