I currently work at a playschool so I only work school term times. So I am available all evenings (apart from Thursday as I run a local rainbows group. I am available all weekends and school holidays. I have been working with children for 3 and a half years; I feel I am good at my job and children feel safe around me. Within my job role I make sure that the children are having fun and learning but most importantly are safe and well looked after. I love all types of activities that children like, clean or messy. Each week I have to think of activities to do with children including mark making, role play, physical activities, maths, all areas of the EYFS development stages. Within my job I help children with all aspects of learning and development stages. I am happy with taking the children out of the home setting to the park etc. I listen to what the children want to do, but I am firm with boundaries, working alongside parents with how they treat their children.
