Sheree, childcare in Whitton

Hi my name is Sheree and I am looking for a job in babysitting to not only gain an income, but to also gain the experience to higher my knowledge for my education and future job aspiration. The qualifications I have so far to do with care settings is a distinction in BTEC Health and Social Care which I gained from my high school and I have also completed the first year of my college course with a Distinction*Distinction and am now studying the second year to my level 3 Health and Social Care Extended Diploma course in hopes to achieve my tripple distinction. I have done three work placements with caring for children in a nursery and young people with disabilities in a care setting and have experience in planning fun and safe activities that I can participate in with the children I will be caring for. As a child carer I feel that I am a fun and bubbly person and get along with children well. I also feel that I am capable of meeting their needs and helping them with any problems they have that arise like homework or school projects and activities they may be stuck with. I previously carried out activities at my nursery placement which included arts and crafts, painting, story and song time, writing and picture creating and also activities that helped improve the kids cognitive and behavioural needs to help them develop imagination and calm behaviours. I also have experience in babysitting for family members and friends children which i do on a weekly basis.
