Kismet, childcare in Winchmore hill

Hi, I’m Kismet!
I’ve been working an an ofsted outstanding nursery for the last 6 years, as well as a part time nanny alongside. Previous to that I was a sole charge full time nanny and a dog walker. I absolutely love spending time with children and seeing them learn and grow, changing and impressing me every day with something new.

Working in a nursery has taught me how to observe a child, their interests and abilities so that I can provide care custom to them and what they need, allowing them to be happy and comfortable whilst learning everyday. I know the importance of seeing each child as their own little person and building those bonds with them and others in their lives to provide the best, all around care.

I’m looking for a job that will allow me to use all my experience and love to help make your lives easier as parents and provide opportunities for children that they may not get otherwise, wether it be a crazy dance party in the rain, sensory and messy activities to help build motor skills or finding a fun way to study for a test the next day.

I love getting out and about (where safe and when parents are comfortable) and providing that cultural capital and as many opportunities as I can for children, to help them grow into well rounded people. I believe a nanny should be a best friend and a teacher, someone who fits into the family and can provide the love and care a parent would.

Im more than happy to read that favourite book 3 times in a row with a million interruptions, will be the first one to jump in the muddy puddle and can sit back and allow the child to make mistakes and watch their face light up when they achieve what they wanted to and gained that confidence to do it again.
