Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Ligia , I am originally from Brazil but I live in this country over 10 years. I have indefinitive to remain in this country, that means I can live here permanently. I speak English and Portuguese. I work at Bright Horizons nursery over 4 years. We work with children age 4 months to 5 years old.
I am also a qualified counsellor. I have finished my course in January 2016 at UCS. I am a caring person – empathetic and non-judgmental. I have passion to work with children. I believe I am a motivated, determined and honest person. Equality is something I take very seriously, as everyone should be treated as equal. I always give 100% of me in everything I do in life. I also believe that nobody is perfect but we have the ability to be very good at something and learn with each other every day. I am a very good listener and can support others with empathy and compassion. I also have done professional courses that made me learn how to care for people and children and give them the attention and support they need. I have done some CPD's that helped myself with the work I do with children. I have done first aid babies and children, play therapy course and creative ways to communicating with children training course. I know how to connect with children and support them when they needed. I can always remain patient and friendly even under pressure. I am a respectable and responsible person who maintains confidentiality.
