Caitlyn, childcare - IV17 Alness

I am 17 years old, I currently study NC Child, Health and Social Care at Inverness College UHI in June 2015 I hope to progress onto NC Early Education & Childcare.
I have various experience with children and young people, as I have -:
>Worked in Tiny House in Alness
>Currently employed as a Family Support Worker
>Summer playschemes
>Coniston Nursery
>St Clements
>Christmas carol singing in primary schools
>Volunteered with SOAR Youth Projects
I am currently a Family Support Worker and through this I have the role of part-time care for siblings both aged 7, one has additional needs through this I have to be patient, supportive and good listening skills.
Through this my qualities are cheerful, commitment and consistency, determination, fairness, enthusiastic, friendship, initiative, trustworthy but most of all patient. I have many other qualities but they are just a few which is related through my current job.
I have recently just received a commendation for helping others including young carers from Lord-Lieutenant's Youth Awards.
I have also got full PVG disclosure which was issued on 01/07/2014.
