I am applying for this position as I am interested in starting my career in the care sector and have a keen interest in working closely with children.

I would consider myself to be a patient, fun loving, reliable and responsible person. People often say I have a very nurturing personality. I am aware that the organisation has a good reputation as employers and I believe that I have the skills and attributes required to be a valuable employee.

I am a conscientious person, committed to doing my best at any task in hand and can follow instructions easily and effectively.

I am always up for a challenge whether that is alone or as part of a team. I carry out tasks to the best of my ability and always strive to achieve high standards in everything I do.

Working on my own initiative is also something I am capable of, although I am comfortable with asking for assistance and guidance to ensure I carry out the job to the best of my ability.

I am keen to develop my skills and undertake any training that may be offered or required. Working within guidelines and following procedures is another thing I am capable of.
