hi I have worked with young people for over 20 years in a residential care environment, I have a variety of skills and I have a great deal of experience with children. I have experience in workshops and educational programmes to help each young person I looked after reach there full potential. I have worked closely with outside agencies to meet the needs of the individual, some of the young people have health issues, autism ..adhd..some have behavioural needs I have been trained to work with these issues.
