My name is Laura, I am 26 years old, I live with my partner in barrow in furness. I have always been interested in childcare and did my work experience in a nursery, but once I left school I already had a full time job so didn't pursue going to college to get a qualification, last year I got a job in a breakfast and after school club and I loved it, I was only there a short time of 7 weeks due to me re locating to barrow but in that time i really bonded with the children, I would give them snacks and drinks, play running, skipping and games outside and then indoor play with toys and computers. The children and staff were really sad to see me leave as was I as I really enjoyed the job. I also have 3 nephews turning 4, 9 and 14 this year who I am very close to and they have given me a lot of experience with there different personalities and one of them has ADHD so can be challenging but its all part of how different children are.
