Melissa, childcare - LE8 Whetstone

My name is Melissa Hale and I am 23 years old. I am a very caring, calm, fun loving kind of person. I am easy to get along with and love getting creative and going outdoors. I am trustworthy and very reliable.
I went to Leicester college to study children's care, learning and development in which I gained a level 3 qualification in. I also have a paediatric first aid certificate. I have also worked with children that have diabetes and fully trained in that department too.
I love working with children as they are so much fun to work with and I love helping them develop thier skills to reach thier full potential! Like I say I love doing arts and crafts, getting messy and just having overall fun and providing quality of care.
I have worked as a teaching assistant for the past three years where I have worked in reception classes and down in the nursery department so I have great knowledge of the EYFS and also the national curriculum. Therefore I would also be willing to help the children with any homework.
I have my own car and a clean driving license so travelling is not a problem for me.
During my time working as a teaching assistant I have worked alongside class teachers helping them prepare activities for the children, helped children learn to read through guided reading and also helped children to learn their phonics.
I am looking for a permanent full time position to start from Monday 15th August 2016 as I get married at the end of July and then will be going on a 2 week honeymoon and won't be around to start until this date. I am also willing to care for your children in school holidays if you would need me and also occasional weekend babysitting if needed too.
