Rachel, childcare - LN1 Stow

As a child care practitioner I have a huge interest in children, I enjoy working alongside children to help them thrive and reach their full potential. I enjoy working with children in their home setting, I feel children feel safe and secure. I feel it is of great importance to create a strong bond with the children, this will help the child feel safe as well as providing me the chance to be an effective, positive role model. I also have a great interest in children with Special Needs, I enjoy learning about the individual child’s needs and finding ways to help the child succeed whilst learning about and undertaking new intervention schemes.
