My name is Emily
I have worked at the Crèche at Dunstable Leisure Centre for over a year and had to leave due to college. I am currently studying Level 3 Childcare Early Years Educator, and have finished for the year.
I am looking to help with any aged children, and am looking for more experience.
I have planned activities as I have done placement since September 2014 at Ardley Hill Academy, working with children aged 4-5 every Tuesday and Thursday being a teachers assistant, and have planned many activities for the children to do, for instance, activities to help children understand why healthy eating is good, science from a young age, animals and the world we live in.
I love teaching children games which help with their development, such as matching games with cards, and anything that involves getting the children active.
I fell in love with childcare around three years ago when my cousin was diagnosed with Autism, and since then its been my goal to help as many children, even in little ways as much as I can.
I currently am learning to drive to help with getting a job.
I have a Full DBS certificate.
I am qualified in paediatric first aid.
Have a very high understanding of the EYFS.
I have two references available upon request.
