I am a highly motivated individual and have a passion for working with people and as a team member. I am a hardworking, loyal, trustworthy and dependable young person who is able to work well both independently and in a team. I am able to manage my time and responsibilities as I am used to balancing going to college or work full time, acting as a part time carer and working part time, full time carer and personal life without allowing one thing to prevent me from doing another.
I have worked within a majority of childcare settings and find it extremely important to build a close bond with the children and parents/guardians. I work within the EYFS and make a weekly observation of where the child is at and what can be done to improve the development of the child.
