My Name is Simone I'm a BA Business Management and Languages Hons Graduate presently living and working fulltime in Manchester
I was currently working as a Customer Service Adviser - Rental Cars previously as a Customer Service Senior Business Associate – Administrative /PPI Complaints Team- AEGIS Outsourcing (RBS contract). As a customer service complaints adviser one of my many duties was to investigate and resolve customer matters within company guidelines by recording important accurate details on all relevant systems and databases. As part of my role I also Liaison with other financial sectors and departments within the group such as the debt management department in regard to customers Bankruptcy, IVA, debts and arrears. Here by appropriately identify and escalate potential risks, issues and concerns that are uncovered in the course of investigations and ensure these are resolved in a timely manner, adhering to all agreed standards and protocols.
Over my academic years I have gained extensive knowledge of the managing aspects of various businesses, from Business finance, Information Technology, Marketing to human resource and administration with I’m very passionate about working with people in daily bases give me great pleasure.

Combine with my studies I always volunteer at the UCKG Help Centre in Manchester, I’m currently volunteering as a Sunday school teacher, I’m also in responsible for a group from the age of 11-14. I was the DBS administrator and Child Protection Officer, I assisted in the efficient administration of the UCKG’S DBS policies and procedures to be followed by all the volunteers. I Maintained the records of employees DBS and insured valid, filling information, I also responded to correspondent and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act it was some of my many duties and responsibility.

I am a confident, loyal and hardworking individual with the ability to work from my own initiative and efficiently as part of a team. I believe the experience and knowledge that I have gained over the years can serve as a great asset to your family.
