I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual with over 3 years’ experience in customer service. I am currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Events Management at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have a track record as an excellent time keeper and I am friendly, helpful and polite. I have proven and improving communication skills and I am approachable and good at listening.
