I am currently 29 and have been working in childcare since i left school in 2004. I am currently working in a childcare setting, Head Start Nursery in Ramsey, as a nursery practitioner and have recently been a deputy manager in a Nursery setting too. I am very punctual and very good with time keeping. I work really well alongside other members of staff and i often deal with parents and carers and help with any concerns they may have, by doing this I have built good people skills and i am able to deal effectively with concerns and issues that have been brought to my attention.
