Tilly, childcare in New milton

My name is Tilly and I am a 33 Year old girl who has had a varied life to date. Some of my personal and work experience has been created by myself and some has been dictated by fate.
I have grown up in Hampshire with my Mum and Dad. My childhood was slightly different given that my Dad had multiple sclerosis which left him unable to work. I believe that his innate strength and kindness to others despite his own difficultys has been such a shining example to how I live my life.
Being a carer for him as I grew older I was unable to accept some opportunities which came my way. However, the opportunity to nanny abroad presented itself on several occasions and I was able to accept.
These experiences not only reinforced forced my childcare experience gained through caring for my nieces and nephews, but allowed me to grow and gain valuable life experience.
Since my Dad has passed away I have enjoyed working with people and as a team player. I have been able to work amongst others yet shown the ability to use my own initiative. I have good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, which I feel is imperative when forming relationships with a family.
I am able to work in confidence and understand the importance of respect and trust.
I am aware of the importance of safeguarding those I work with and myself.
When I am caring for friends children and family I ensure that I am creating a safe, happy and positive settings get for them. I also recognise the importance of my role whilst they are in my care and the positive difference I can make to their early developmental years .
