Leanne, childcare in Norwich NR3

I am a mum to 2 boys 1 is 11years old and my youngest is 9 months, I have been out of work for just under a year but would like to get back into a working routine im currently looking at doing childcare NVQs at college but in the meantime would like to start "somewhere" to achieve experience. After looking at job titles in my usual work expertise I found that there's not much flexibility for working parents and as my youngest is at a young age I don't want to be working until gone midnight etc but I understand some parents have to do would like to offer my experience as which I feel is more beneficial than a NVQ but as a parent. 11+years experience know all the tricks of the trade, can also provide household duties such as cooking and cleaning. I'm also prepared to help children with educational needs eg homework. More information on request.
