Desi, childcare in Nottingham

Hello, I am a Bulgarian girl, 27 years old, and looking for work as a babysitter/child carer/part-time carer.

I love children and love to engage in games and activities which they enjoy. I have currently had experiences babysitting children aged 3-13, as well as caring for little cousins, and the little sibling of my partner. These experiences have been in Italy and the Netherlands and span a year on and off. I am willing to learn in any area where I may be lacking knowledge or practical experience.

By taking on child-caring jobs, I aim to not only help families out, but also better myself and gain new insight into being a parent for when I will have children of my own.

I am a kind and caring person, generally quiet and reserved. I am patient and tend to get along well with small children. I always aim to be diligent and responsible, however, nobody is perfect, and neither am I- one of my flaws is that I do not dare well under too much pressure and too much rush to do something.

I am a native Bulgarian and my mother tongue is Bulgarian, but I have been studying and engaging with English since I was 6 years old, including studying English Philology for 2 years, so English has become somewhat of a second language for me.

I also speak and understand Italian, and know a rather basic level of Dutch from a foreign language subject in University.

Should any children need help with primary school-level homework or more advanced language homework, I would do my best to assist them in that. I would also be able to prepare meals for the children, so long as I have been told details about proper use of appliances and any specifics regarding how the meals are usually prepared for the children.
