I worked as a children’s entertainer for 3 years running over the Christmas period. From the age of 14 I volunteered to help with children at my local brass band to learn to play instruments and I also volunteered with my local football teams to get more girls involved in sports in their early years and was largely responsible for the U8s squad. I spent a year teaching English online to foreign students and acquired my TEFL certificate alongside my first year at university. As well as this I have looked after family members and mutual friends children from new borns through to the ages of 8+. I spent 6 months working at a nursery and gained experience working with babies from 6 months old to 4 year olds in their pre school years and have references upon request.
