Amber, childcare in Orpington

Hey my name is Amber.
I am an early years practitioner and also nanny/ baby sitter. i have extensive knowledge and ability to look after groups of children under the age of 4.
I am qualified in child development, up to date DBS, first aid trained, safeguarding trained and others.. i am currently taking driving lessons however do not drive
I have worked as an early year’s practitioner full time for 2 and ½ years now. After working in one of my previous nursery for just 4 months i was promoted to senior staff (Meaning id manage the room also being left in charge of staff and children) as they recognized my passion in furthering children's development and wanting to provide the best care possible, i continued to work at the setting for a further 2 years then decided to look for another challenge and begun working at another nursery. Throughout my time working at these nurseries I have also been Nanning and babysitting sole charge for numerous families, the children ageing from 6 months – 12 years. I have used my understanding of children’s development to plan and lead activities for the 0-7 age group. Also working in partnership with parents and colleagues to ensure best practice is constantly delivered. I practice excellent communication and listening skills .
