It's lovely to be a part of a children's development having an input with ensuring they have the best start to life and develop into a wonderful and happy individual! My name is Charlotte i am 24 years old and I have 7 years experience in childcare. Working with children from 3 months- primary school age. I have been a room leader in one of my jobs where I was a leader of 4 staff and General smooth running of the room and ensuring the highest level of care was given to the children. I have a Nvq level 3 in childrens, care, learning and development. A current Dbs check and first aid and food hygiene. I also like to spend as much as time as possible with my 2 young nephews and baby niece.
