I am 20 years old and worked in childcare since 16. I have a big passion for my job and thrive off the satisfaction of helping, watching and developing others. I work mainly with 3months to 2 years of age, but have worked up to the age of 14. I am currently a room leader in a nursery I'm charge of my children and staff, ensuring all targets are met. I'm looking for a nice family of which I can grow with.
