Hello, my names Rebecca and I am 16 years old about to turn 17 in two months. Currently I am looking for a job to provide a small income so I can get things I need and pay my parents some money for housing me. I love stories, hearing them, reading them and telling them. I also love school and studying.

I decided to become a babysitter based on past experiences where I've had to babysit a family member and I quite enjoyed it. I am comfortable with children of a variety of ages and wouldn't mind helping around the house.

I selected the part-time care as it means I can become friends with my charges and allows me to adequately care for them based on what I would hopefully learn overtime.

When babysitting my brother me and him have played a few games which help children develop intellectually and work on homework together. When babysitting my nieces and nephews I would tend to play with them normally as they are quite young and then watch a film with them to get them settled ready for bed-time.

Explanation:

At the minute whilst I have babysitter siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews I would consider myself a beginner as I have not yet babysat outside of the family. Therefore I believe that a low wage such as these would be beneficial at the moment for my skills. Besides I am only 16 and looking for a small job, I am not trying to make a living.
