My name is jade,
I am fun, bubbly and a big kid at heart, I have been working with children since I was 17, I am 22 year's of age now, and its been such an incredible experience, words cant' describe the joy it brings knowing that I have helped a child in the most crucial parts of there early years, building the foundations of a child's education, giving them the basic skills for school and doing this in a caring, nurturing safe environment. I also have a current DBS check and I am OFSTED registered to, I have my paediatric first aid certificate. I've always known I have wanted to work with children from such a young age. I have a very big family and a lot of younger siblings to look after, and point them in the right direction. I babysat a lot, and really enjoyed it. I realised with the fact I have a calming nature children respond to me very well. I have had a lot of behaviour challenged children to, which at some times it has had its obstacles but it had bettered me and I learnt a lot. I have completed training courses on SENCO and ENCO. Also working 1:1 with children with learning difficulties.
