Cleo, childcare in Port talbot

Hello, my name is Cleo , I am 16 years of age and have not long finished school, despite my age I have more wisdom than expected and have a very mature mind set. I love to work with children and enjoy spending time going for walks and having little adventures. I currently help out with my aunties and uncles by watching their children when they are busy and plan fun days for the children as well as try to get some learning involved. I am willing to learn, and to listen. I am a respectful individual and I try my best to maintain a fresh clean look at all times. I have a very caring nature and love to help out with most things, I am quite good with animals and pets also and do not mind having to help out with this too. From my experience the main thing children need is a friendly nurturing environment to help with their growth, development and well-being, because of this i do not mind helping to clean up and wash things down. My main goal when looking after children is to make them feel comfortable, however discipline is not a problem either. I would prefer to be given rules on what your child is and is not aloud to do, as well as the form of discipline you would like to be carried out if they misbehave.
