Humairaa, childcare - PR1 Ribbleton

Hi,
I am currently at college studying my A levels and looking for a part time care /babysitting role.

In my free time i often bake with my younger sister to unwind after a busy week and spend quality time with family members.I find great pleasure in travelling; I love visiting new places and experiencing different cultures.

I believe am an articulate, confident and friendly young woman. I am a fast learner with a desire to further my knowledge and develop new skills . I would describe myself as a hardworking, determined and ambitious person that is able to adapt to new situations easily. I am a dependable individual who thrives in fast-past environments to achieve the best outcomes, even when under great pressure. I enjoy new challenges and strive to achieve the best in everything I put my mind to.

I have had previous experience working with children in work placement at a primary school. This taught me how to adapt when working with children and other vulnerable people. I understand the greater levels of patience and compassion that needs to be shown when dealing with younger children.

I also perviously volunteered for 2 years at my local library to read to children and organise themed activities for them. This has given me great confidence in being able to engage a child in a fun activity whilst also allowing them to learn from it.

I am very passionate about working with children, to see them grow and develop everyday. I understand that giving a child love, confidence and support is intergral for them to reach their full potential later in life.
