Lucy, childcare - PR5 Croston

I'm 25 year old female. I have a 4 year old little girl. I'm a teaching assistant I work with autistic children, I've been doing my job for over 6years year and love it. I'm very patient and stern but also happy and bubbly. I'm full of imagination and different ideas on how to entertain children as well as adding some learning into playtime. I know exactly how to deal with different situations when it comes to children and behaviour. My job role has taught me a lot as well as having my own child. I'm very good with children it's been a passion of Myne to carry on working with children of all ages and disabilitys.
