I am Caroline , daughter of an ex general and oldest of five girls. I recently moved to Nottingham from London. I'm looking for a close fun family to work for who are busy and hard working. My childcare approach would be to encourage all children to try their best in all that they do and to be happy and humble doing it. I like to get out the house and encourage children to play outdoors and make games. Make believe I feel is an important part of a child's development as it helps with imagination, language and personal skills.
