Amber, childcare provider - BL1 Bolton

Hi my names amber im a 19 year old girl from Bolton. I've worked in 3 nurseries. I love to work with children but i didn't enjoy the atmosphere of a nursery you cant really have a one to one relationship with a child to fully understand them and their needs. I love to really get to know the children i work with. I love to build relationships with them and their family. Im looking to be a fulltime live out nanny, as at nights i have my own family and commitments. I am level 2 qualified in childcare. Im unfortunately not driving at the moment but i hope to be soon. I really strive to help and understand the children and families i work with. I've worked with children who have behavioural difficulties and i understand that they need more one to one time. I enjoy getting children out in the air. Children enjoy being out more than they do being in. i understand that confidentiality is important. I've done activities to help with language development, sharing, speach, behaviour, patience, turn taking and so many more... I would love to discuss anything that I've missed out.
