Louise, childcare provider in Bolton BL1

My name is Louise Hart. I am from Bolton and still living here. I have a 3 year old little boy called Harry who is very outgoing and playful, he loves other children.
I am from a big family with 5 brothers and sister, 8 nieces and nephews and lots of small cousins, just having a big family I am around children all the time.
I have achieved an NVQ level 2 & 3 in childcare and starting university this year to carry on my qualifications to become a social worker for young children.
I working in a nursery for 3 and half years before I had my son, and when it was time to go back to work I ended up in a office, however I am looking to get back into my qualifications and work with children.
When I worked in the nursery I was a room leader and beloved that teaching was very important, but for small children you have to learn them in things they are interested in, for example if a child loved dinosaurs I would set them all out and play with them while help them to learn, I would ask the colour of each dinosaur, count the dinosaurs and put them in size order etc, this really does work and I use these methods on my own child who is very clever for his age.
