Rhiannon, childcare provider in Bridgemary

Hello my name is Rhiannon, i am 22years old and live in the Stubbington area. I have my own daughter who was born in march 2017, so I know how important it is to find the right person to trust and provide care for your little one.

I intend to provide the best professional and reliable service for any family ensuring that i am fulfilling their children's needs and providing the best care i can. As a child carer i am always putting the child first and making sure to provide them with creative and fun activities which include taking them out to the park for a run around, swimming, making cakes, doing puzzles and many other activities that encourage them to try new things and enjoy themselves. I am a very fun, caring and reliable person who is always up for a challenge and looking for a family to share this with. My priority is to make sure that your child is looked after and given the best environment to learn, grow and have fun while being cared for to the best level i can provide. I am happy to take your child to any social groups, clubs or hobbies they may attend as I know how important it is to let children's social skills and interests.

My previous experience:
7+ years experience with various ages and childcare settings.

I have my own daughter who is 6 months old and feel there is no better experience then raising my own child and knowing the importance of providing the best start in life.

I have previously worked as a Learning support assistant in a primary school in Gosport in a year 3/4 classroom. In this role i help to provide support to the children in their day to day learning by providing the right resources, clarifying and explaining the instructions to the children that don't understand it, encouraging the children and keeping their focus on the task, providing one to one support to develop their spellings, writing, reading and numeracy and overall providing support in all aspects of learning and behavior.

I am also qualified in childcare level 3 and have achieved a Distinction, Distinction, Merit grade. While doing this qualification i was also able to gain lots of experience working with children aged 0-8 in many different childcare settings including Nurseries, Pre school's and Primary schools. My main duties were to prepare nutritious lunches for the children and clean up after each meal, put the children down for naps, change the children's nappies, potty train, take the children outside to play, interact with the children through play and learning, supervise the children and make sure they are not in danger at any time.

Before this I also have many years of babysitting experience for family, friends and neighbours. Showing I am trustworthy, reliable and capable of looking after different age ranges. This is also included school runs and overnight care.

I have first aid, health and safety and a food and hygiene qualification which i feel are very helpful to help keep the children safe.

I am able to offer part time or full time care.
