Bethan, childcare provider in Briton ferry SA11

My name is Bethan I am 18 years old i am looking for full-time work and I hold a full UK Drivers license and I currently hold a Cache Level 3 Diploma in Childcare which I studied at NPTC for two years. During my time on the course I have participated in three placements which are Ynysmaerdy Primary school aged 5-7 years old, the scouts Hut Briton Ferry aged 6 months- 4 years old and Brynhyfryd Primary School aged 5-7 years old. Additional qualifications I have achieved during my time on this course are First aid baby safe and Level 2 Award In food Safety in Catering.
I am currently working in a nursery for maternity cover until June and i enjoy playing fun games and activities with the children and singing songs with them which they really enjoy. I have good experience working in a nursery environment so therefore I could adapt well to the routines very quickly and provide excellent care for the children. I am a very enthusiastic and helpful person and I aim to meet the child's needs, I have excellent communication skills and can work well under pressure. I am a trusting and caring person and can adapt to any environment and take on any challenges and I am also very punctual and reliable. In my spare time i like to spend time with my partner’s child who I enjoy taking to the park and playing lots of games with and on various weekends I babysit my cousins three children who are 6, 10 and 11 years old. I am a kind and caring person and love working with children.
