My name is Suzanne and I am 50 years old. I have a son (Lewis) and daughter (Denise) who are now 28 and 24 years old respectively. I am trained as as a baker and confectioner after a two year course when I left school.
I've previously worked as a cook manager in primary schools, a pastry chef in a private boarding school, a chef manager in a college and care home. I was a library assistant in a secondary school for 9 years where I was able to develop my skills into teaching. A move to Leighton Buzzard meant a look for a job a bit closer to home and I now work as a pastry chef at Thompson holidays head office.
I enjoy cooking/baking but miss the fun and experience of working with children.
