Emily, childcare provider in Burringham DN17

Hello, my name is Emily I am 23 years old and I have lived local to Scunthorpe my whole life. I start an apprenticeship in a nursery and completed my Level 3 childcare and now have just over 5 years experience. For the last year I worked as a baby room lead practitioner and thoroughly enjoyed it and I am working towards my leadership and management a Level 3 Qualification. I have worked with all ages and I can adapt different activities to the ages of the children. I would say my qualities are that I have a very lively personality and I am a keen worker and I believe you learn new things every day.I enjoy playing lots of games and interacting with the children at their level. Child led activities I feel are the best as you can get so much out of the children's minds and further them on by knowing what their interests are as if the children aren't interested they won't develop further I also have a full knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage(EYFS) so I know where children should developmentally be.
