I have worked in the Social Care sector, both voluntary and public all of my working life. I am an energetic, fun person who is great with communicating on all levels with people what ever age, need, disability and requirement. I have worked in senior Management positions but now would like a more gentler form of employment.

Working with children allows me to use all of my experience, knowledge and expertise, but mostly my love of children and their magical world of newness. The ability to support and help develope the exploring of the world around them, that holds so much fun and first time experience.

I am a patient, calm and approachable person, I have the ability to both provide a safe structured environment for children whilst also sharing in lot's of fun, play and activitites, i.e games both fun and educational, role play, hide and seek.

I have also worked with supporting education and learning, whilst providing support with building self confidence, esteem and belief.
I work along side the Parents requirements and needs. I am very organised and therefore am able to help with running the home, cooking and what ever is required.
