I'm a 53 year old female who is looking to get out of retail work .I'm currently working in retail and had the job for 14 years ..I'm reliable never late and conscience about work but with retail it's so cut throat and lack of staff is making me hate doing it ..I like a job where I know I'm helping others but at the moment it's a sorry state where I work ..I have two grown up children and my partner hasites two also five grandchildren ranging from age three till 12 .
