Ever since i was old enough to supervise children younger than me i have been. I used to look after all the children in my street at a very young age as i liked to play the maternal role and always have done. I feel i have always been able to connect with children very quickly and become someone they can not only trust and learn from but have great fun with as well. I was completely trusted at the age of 13 to look after the children of the parents i knew from my village and when working in my first job at the age of 16, the couple next door would ask me to watch their 9 year old daughter and help her do her maths homework. My games with children from experience have usually been to do with imagination and role play. I have a very playful, fun imagination and feel this is where i can connect with children most. My past experience of imagination games have mostly been "mums & dads" or something to do with dinosaurs and farm animals. I am a decent cook so i can be trusted to cook and clean and i feel i can adopt any tasks or routine you would like in order to maintain the structure in your children's life.
