Stacey, childcare provider - CH5 Connah's quay

My name is Stacey, I am a caring, positive 24 year old who adores working with children. I am looking to join a family to care for and nurture children together with parents to develop their children to their full potential. I am an active person who possesses a clean CRB/DBS check and driving license, first aid certificate and food hygiene award. I enjoy outdoor and messy play activities for a fun educational time. I am currently in New Zealand working as a private nanny and looking to join a new family upon m return in March 2016.
After gaining a BTEC National Certificate level 3 in Child Care, Learning and Development at Deeside College i did not start my career straight away. I remained in the employment of a Cleaning and Catering company and gained a Level 2 in Cleaning services, I am of course more than happy to be a nanny/housekeeper. I began my career in a small private day nursery in Wales, as a nursery nurse. I progressed to baby room leader and then part time co manager of the premises. This allowed me to be in control of all planning, meal preparations, parent/staff communication, money handling and safety of the property. I found this job truly rewarding, i also became able to speak/understand basic Welsh Language and was extremely sad when the premises closed due to the owners personal reasons. I then began working in a day care facility that provides flying start and early entitlement to 2-4 year old whilst also providing a before and after school club setting for primary school children. this setting was also a fantastic place to work and was sad to leave due to a job opportunity, i am now working as a temporary live in nanny in New Zealand. During my time here i am responsible for a 2 year old and 4 year old. my job is to care for them daily, ensure the house is clean and tidy, prepare meals and any other jobs that may need to be done. I also babysit for multiple families when I am I the uk that I have provided with night time care for a number of years. i hope to hear from you to discuss more.
