Danielle, childcare provider - CV11 Nuneaton

My name is Danielle , i am 20 years old and have worked with children for the previous 4 years. I have worked with children in nurseries from the age of 6 months to 5 years and also had the opportunity to work abroad as a childrens representative for the holiday company Thomson where the youngest child i cared for was 3 months old up to the age of 11years.
As i have worked with different children each day for 4 years i build really strong relationships with the parents of my children therefore i was looking for a change in my career to become a nanny or childminder and be able to build strong family bonds with the families i work with.
I belive i am a very outgoing person and am easy to speak to. I get on well will all types of people and feel i can speak to anyone about anything, i am able to change the tone of my voice and the language in which i speak to people in regarding their ages and abilities. I particularly feel working with children is a very rewarding experience as the children and parents always leave so happy and this makes me feel like i've done a good job.
I love making up activities to do with the children and doing lots of arty crafty activities making things for different occasions. I also believe itis important for at least once a day weather permitting for the children to get outdoors to let off energy and get some fresh air.
