Michelle, childcare provider - CV21 Rugby

I am a friendly, active 23 year old with around 6 years of childcare experience working in nurseries . I have good communication skills with children and parents . I adapt well to new situations and have drive and determination to do well in my work. I am currently working in a nursery with children between 1-2 years but cover in other rooms up to 5 years but now looking for nannying jobs wanting to work with children and their families from there home and expand my childcare experience. I am level 3 CACHE qualified in childcare and education , including first aid trained and child protection trained. Throughout my job roles I have changed nappies, made up babies bottles, worked alongside the EYFS , supported children in their development with their interests, carried out cleaning jobs including hoovering, washing, washing up. For work experience I have also worked in a primary school as a teaching assistant role helping children with their reading and writing development.
