I worked with Gemma for 3 years with children aged 1-2 years. Gemma enjoyed working with the children and helped their individual needs by observing and planning. She engaged with the children by setting out daily activities e.g messy, communication, physical etc. Gemma also dealt with a serious matter with one child very well when they had to go a behaviour report, Gemma was not confident with having to talk to the Mum about the concerns she had with her Daughter, but Gemma managed to deal with this and both her and Mum worked closely to ensure the little girls behaviour was watched closely. I recommend Gemma as she has alot of patience and remains calm in any situation.
